Hi, I’m Mariah…
…the heart behind Palmetto + Pine Photo.
Curious & Kind holds a very special place in my story. Being back here, surrounded by this community that sparked so much growth and inspiration, feels like coming home.
Creativity has always been a big part of who I am, and photography has been a quiet passion of mine for years. A couple of years ago, I felt called to pursue it more seriously, to turn that love into something meaningful I could share. As I move through different seasons of life, I’ve come to realize how deeply important photos are. They’re more than images; they’re memories, feelings, and stories frozen in time.
Through Palmetto + Pine, my hope is to give that same gift to other families, to help them hold onto the little moments that mean everything.

Your Holiday Mini Session is a cozy, stress-free experience designed to capture your family just as you are- full of love, laughter, (maybe a little chaos) and holiday wonder. Each session includes:
15-minute photo session at Curious & Kind’s festive setup
A beautiful online gallery of hand-edited images to choose from
8- 10 high-resolution digital downloads included (with the option to purchase more)
And the bonus of the joy of knowing half of your session’s proceeds support Friends of Curious & Kind, helping nurture creativity, connection, and community right here in Sarasota.
